Workshop/Meeting for Local Superiors

A three-day workshop and meeting for the Superiors of various communities took place from July 24 to July 27, 2024. The event was led by Rev. Fr. Fredy D’Silva, S.J., from the Karnataka Province. Fr. D'Silva guided the participants through discussions and exercises focused on enhancing their leadership skills and fostering supportive community environments. The workshop provided a platform for sharing experiences and challenges, leaving participants with renewed commitment and fresh perspectives to apply in their communities.
